Why mindfulness?

Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, help manage anxiety, improve sleep quality, improve focus and productivity, reduce pain and increase overall quality of life.

For children, mindfulness has been linked with increased levels of calm and resilience to stress, decreased worry, improved classroom behaviour and academic achievement, improved social skills and better ability to manage emotions.

For employees, mindfulness has been shown to improve workplace motivation, focus and productivity, significantly reduce employee absence due to sickness and stress and therefore improve outcomes for employers.
