Outside Mindfulness

Spend 45 minutes being mindful outside to relieve stress, ground yourself and connect to nature.

You will be guided through gentle mindful stretches, relaxing meditations and reflective conversation to leave you feeling relaxed and ready for the weekend.

Led by an experienced mindfulness teacher and suitable for beginners and regular practitioners of mindfulness.

We are pleased to be able to offer three tiers of pricing: you choose which you pay depending on your financial circumstances. All we ask is that if you can afford to pay more, then please do - spaces for each tier are limited, and this may allow someone else to be able to come too!
